We’ve supplied you with exclusive excerpts to get you going. Use the rest of the tools in the fan video kit to create your own unique trailer. Upload, submit and check back. Aprilynne and our judges will be posting favorites and announcing winners.

Three grand prize winners will be chosen. Each winning video director will receive a congratulatory phone call from Aprilynne Pike and two signed copy of SPELLS—one for the winner and one for a friend! Winning videos will be showcased on HarperTeen’s website, Facebook page, and Twitter!

The contest begins on 4/22 and runs through 6/16. There will be one in each of the following categories:

• Best overall representation of Spells
• Most Creative
• Best 0:30 second video

• Make it your own! This must be an original work.
• Make it short! The video cannot be longer than 0:60 seconds.
• Make it appropriate for all ages.
